Always a favorite here at Dillian, our Barbera shows flavors and aromas of blackberry, vanilla and anise.

Our latest vintage of this classic Italian varietal is both true to it’s rootsand has a fruit forward style which Amador wines are known for.  A delicate floral bouquet also has hints of vanilla and toasted oak.  On the palate flavors of blackberry and milk chocolate are enjoyable with a juicy finish.

Flavors and aromas of watermelon, plum, and pomegranate.  The intermingling of these subtle flavors is what makes this wine special.

This Reserve Zinfandel is loaded with character and flavor, our Reserve Zin shows aromas of caramel and flavors of plum, raspberry and blackberry preserves.

Made from Zinfandel vines planted in 1972 by Tom Dillian and his brothers, this rich and creamy zinfandel shows flavors and aromas of fig, candied cherries and baking spices.

A blend of 56% Barbera, 31% Primitivo, 13% Syrah. Flavors and aromas of raspberry, cranberry and vanilla. A unique blend for any occasion.

Packed with flavor, our Reserve Primitivo has a floral nose with flavors of dried cherry and dried cranberry with a variety of spice notes on the finish.
